We are committed to procuring high-quality products that meet our stringent standards and are particularly interested in partnering with suppliers who can provide raw materials originating from Morocco or other countries, as specified for each product.
Mackerel Fillets and HGT Mackerel Scomber Colias:
We require approximately 350 tons of single mackerel fillets weighing 60-65 grams or flaps weighing 100-130 grams. We also seek 700 tons per year of HGT mackerel Scomber Colias, ideally from Morocco, with specifications of 10-16 ppk and 60-100 grams. However, if fillets are unavailable, we would consider sourcing this product from other countries, with the total requirement increasing to 1,100 tons per year.
Frozen Precooked Tuna Loin and Frozen Pieces and Fillets of Tuna Fish:
Our annual requirement for frozen precooked tuna loin is approximately 350 tons. We are interested in either 100% tuna loin or a mixture of 90% loin and 10% flakes, packed separately. We also have a need for approximately 100 tons per year of frozen pieces and fillets of tuna fish.
HGT Sardine Pilchardus:
We require 450 tons per year of HGT Sardine Pilchardus, 7/9 cm in size, weighing 30-35 grams. We are particularly interested in sourcing this product from Morocco, but we are open to exploring options from other countries too.
Regular Deliveries and Detailed Production Needs:
The quantities mentioned above will be distributed through regular deliveries across the months. Detailed information regarding specific monthly production needs will be provided at a later stage.
