PROCEDURE 1 “TTT“
Spot FOB Transaction for Rotterdam, Fujairah & Houston
- Buyer Issue ICPO containing the seller’s working procedure with banking details and scanned copy of buyer’s passport along with “TSA” and buyer company certificate of incorporation.
- Upon approval of the buyer’s documents, the Seller issues a commercial invoice for the product to the buyer to be signed and returned to the seller.
- Upon confirmation of the signed CI by the buyer, the seller issues DTA to the buyer, for buyer logistics to be signed and endorsed for the dip test to be carried out immediately.
- Upon Confirmation of Endorsement of DTA, the Seller Issue to the Buyer PpoP document Listed Below:
- Fresh SGS Report
- Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with GPS Coordinates of where the Tanks/Vessel are located.
- Injection Report
- Authorization to Sell
- Authorization to verify the product in the seller’s tank (ATV)
- Country of origin
- Buyer inspects by SGS on buyer’s expenses and sends TSR.
- Upon Successful Dip Test in Tanks/Vessels, the product will immediately be injected into the buyer’s tanks. the buyer makes payment for the product via mt103/TT.
- Buyer Lifts Product and all Intermediaries are paid. Seller and Buyer consider and sign further contracts after a successful transaction.
PROCEDURE FIVE (5) TTT
TRANSACTION PROCEDURES (F0B) Rotterdam, Fujairah & Houston
- The Buyer Issue an ICPO. Contains the seller’s work procedures and Banking Details along with TSA (TANK STORAGE AGREEMENT), Buyer certificate of incorporation, Company Profile (CP), and International Passport Copy of the CEO.
- Seller issues ICC Warning Letter and Commercial Invoice (CI) of products in the tank at the port, buyer signs and returns the documents with acceptance and commitment letter stating to adhere to seller procedure
- The seller issues a copy of the SGS Report strictly JUST to the buyer’s Tank Farm Company only to verify the SGS Report.
- after confirmation of successful verification of the SGS Report only by Buyer’s Tank Farm Company. The Buyer pays his Tank Company for 5 Days of TSR and sends his TSR to the Seller. All Parties must sign NCNDA and IMFPA for endorsements.
- The seller issues the following POP documents to the buyer:
- (a) SGS report for quality and quantity not older than 48 hours
- (b) Product Certificate of Origin
- (c) Product injection report
- (d) Tank storage receipt with full GPS coordinates
- (e) Unconditional dip test authorization letter
- (f) Authorization to sell and collect Q&A
- After verification of the documents, the injection will be commenced and after injection, the buyer will make payment for the total value of the product injected into the tank via MT103-TT.
- After receiving confirmation of Buyer Payment, the seller immediately transfers the title ownership to the buyer.
