- The client must send an MT799 or MT760, depending on the bank
- Client funds are secure
- Past Performance: “History 6/2024” with a 46% yield in days
- Significantly higher returns for amounts of 50 million, 100 million, and more
- At the client's request, the contract can be renewed after one year (Evergreen)
Process:
1. Investors submit the CIS, a copy of their passport, and proof of funds.
2. Due diligence (typically 2 to 3 days).
3. Once compliance is validated, the contracting party contacts the client to confirm their interest in the opportunity.
4. The client is invited to a personal meeting in Zurich to review performance evidence.
5. The contract is signed.
6. The client issues a Swift MT 799 or MT 760 (non-callable, risk-free).
7. Start of trading services.
8. First payment is approximately 5 weeks after the transaction begins, followed by monthly payments.
