We reassure all intermediaries and facilitators who present us with reliable and real business opportunities, that they are protected in every successful business transaction.
We agree to pay commissions as mutually agreed upon in advance. As it is not possible to determine in advance the size and scope of potential transactions, we will work in good faith with you and with the other partners involved in your projects to determine the fair and reasonable commission for each opportunity. Moreover, this task will be supervised according to the type of Deal, by one of our specialized law offices, whether in Bulgaria, France, Belgium, Canada, or the United States.
All commissions and fees paid by us will be fully disclosed, no bribery or illegal bribes are permitted, and we strictly adhere to all international laws and all relevant international sanctions. We will require our brokers to certify the same to us before our payments are released to them.
