Dear Intermediary and Facilitator Partners,
We kindly ask you to read this article carefully, to clarify an important and frequently asked point regarding our relationship and any potential commission agreements.

We hope this message finds you in good health, and we thank you for the trust you have placed in us and the continuous efforts you make towards the success of our business dealings together.

We understand the valuable role many of you play in helping us conclude agreements and partnerships. However, you must adhere to our established procedures and protocols when it comes to formalizing any commission agreement or business relationship.

Please note that at this stage, AFETOP is not bound to you by any commitment whatsoever, whether or not you have a formal mandate from us. Your commission contract will only be established after AFETOP has formalized the matter with the official stakeholders of the deal in which you are involved.

Once this formalization process is completed, AFETOP will then engage with you according to the terms, conditions and consequences of each deal, in agreement with the official parties who are directly responsible for the deal or transaction in question. You will be informed at the appropriate time of this next step.
